• Sodium silicoaluminate is present in the form of fine white colored powder.

• It is tasteless and odorless

SOLUBILITY

• Not soluble in water and alcohol
• Dissolves in acids at 100 C
• Dissolves in  alkaline solutions having 10.5 pH

HAZARDS

• Not explosive
• Less poisonous

• Technical, F-C-C

USES

• It is used as anti caking agents in food products, and for this purpose it should not be used more than 2%.
